HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?Â
Please allow 2-5 business days for our order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Please understand that we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. Every order is packed with care.Â

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?Â
We currently ship within the US. Shipping times depend on your location. Â The UPS/USPS quote 2 - 8 business days for shipping.Â
At this time we do not offer international shipping.Â
Personalized or custom orders take 2 - 5 days to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of purchase based on the carrier's current pricing.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 8 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at karen@kraftedcharms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
